ACCOUNTS

  • Payment for services is requested on the day
  • An account fee of $20 (CS Cards $10) applies if services are not paid in full on the day
  • This fee is waived if payment is made in full within 7 days
  • A pre-payment is required for first visits; outstanding accounts; and some pre-orders
  • Please make online payments to 03 0802 0175929 00 and include your name & date of birth
  • Weekly automatic payments are also acceptable ($10 minimum)
  • You can also pay by credit card by calling reception on 03-3791112
  • Please email accounts@promed.health.nz if you are have any queries or financial difficulties.

Patients with outstanding accounts:

  • Will have their ManageMyHealth account put on hold
  • Will only have access to emergency medical treatment
  • May need referral to a collection agency with additional fees
  • May have their enrolment terminated
