• The fee is $35, or $15 for Community Cardholders, and free for under 14’s.

CONDITIONS

• I will allow 2 working days for my request to be processed.
• My request is for prescriptions previously given by ProMed Doctors.
• I will book an appointment instead if it is 12 months since my last consult or if I want to discuss prescriptions for longer than 3 months.
• I may be asked to book an appointment instead (payments can be used towards your consult unless a bridging script is required).
• I will settle outstanding accounts before ordering and pay the prescription fee within 7 days.
