Extended/Double consult
- The above surcharges apply for each additional 10 minutes.

Non-attendance fees
- Waived if at least 3 hours notice by phone
- Fees are per 10 minute appointment
- Doctor $40 ($19.50 CSC) or $50 for all patients on Saturdays
- Nurse $20 ($10 CSC) or $25 for all patients on Saturdays
New Patients 18+yrs: A pre-paid double appointment is required for your first visit ($120 / CSC $79.50)
