The following fees are for enrolled patients with payment on the day:

Standard Consultations
- 10 minute Doctor or 15 minute Nurse Prescriber appointments
- It includes phone, follow-up, and ACC appointments
- It does not include travel ($100) and driving licence ($100) appointments
Extended Consultations
- The above surcharges apply for each additional 10 minutes
- Community Service Card (CSC) discounts do not apply
Emails
- Doctor $35 (CSC $10, Under 14 free)
- Nurse $20 (CSC $10, Under 14 free)
Non-Attendance
- Doctor $40 ($19.50 CSC) or $50 for all patients on Saturdays
- Nurse $20 ($10 CSC) or $25 for all patients on Saturdays
- The fee is waived if at least 3 hours notice is given
New Patient Consultations
- A pre-paid double consultation is required for your first visit ($130 / CSC $84.50)
Free Consultations
- Pregnancy-related
- ACC wound reviews following your first visit at ProMed

- This includes nurse services, medical procedures, vaccinations, medicals etc.
