She trained at Otago and then went to Invercargill for a position at Southland Hospital. Kim then worked in Paediatrics at Christchurch Public Hospital before becoming a GP.\u00a0 She enjoys the variety of General Practice and has many interests. He travelled to New Zealand for a working holiday in &#8217;95 and liked it so much he decided to stay. Mark always wanted to be a GP with the diversity and challenges it brings. He is interested in skin cancer, skin medicine (dermatology), and minor surgery. Clark is currently a GP Registrar and he is working towards being a Specialist GP. In his free time he enjoys fishing and tramping in New Zealand&#8217;s beautiful wilderness.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-17257\" src=\"https:\/\/www.promed.health.nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Dr-Tom-Bowden.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"130\" height=\"195\" \/>Dr Tom Bowden<\/strong> graduated from Oxford University in 2007. After 5 years as a Dr in the British army and a brief stint in Christchurch, he completed his GP training in Edinburgh in 2016. Since then Tom has worked in Scotland, Auckland, Christchurch and recently returned to the UK for another stint working for the army. Tom is now firmly settled in Christchurch with a young family. Tom loves the variety of general practice and looks forward to working with patients to help them navigate the complexity of 21st century medicine.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; color: #000000;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-17255\" src=\"https:\/\/www.promed.health.nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Dr-Lara-Temple-Doig.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"130\" height=\"195\" \/>Dr Lara Temple-Doig<\/strong> grew up in Dunedin and completed her medical training at the University of Otago. Lara is a senior GP Registrar, having recently moved here from Invercargill with her husband and three sons. Lara has a background in nutrition which she studied before her medical training. She enjoys working in general practice for the variety it brings and the continuity of care. She grew up in the Bay of Plenty and graduated at Otago University in 2021. Kacey moved to Christchurch in 2018 and fell in love with the city and the people, and she doesn\u2019t plan on leaving anytime soon! She enjoys the variety of general practice and she is looking forward to building strong relationships with patients. Henry graduated from Otago in 2023 and he has completed a variety of runs at Waikato Hospital, including Child and Women&#8217;s Health. He recently moved back to Canterbury which he considers home. She is able to assess, diagnose, and prescribe. Nicole trained in Christchurch and raised her three children here. She has many years of experience in primary care with an interest in youth, sexual and mental health. After work you may catch Nicole walking her dog, tending to her many houseplants or planning her next overseas
